At Alias Mae, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't quite right, we offer returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn shoes in their original designer box and secure them inside a mailing satchel to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
